Your information and choices

Grow Pro Market is a marketplace for produce businesses in the United States. It is intended for business users who are at least 18. This notice describes information used by the website and the choices available in your account and browser.
Grow Pro Market is operated by Grow Pro Market Inc., a Nevada corporation.
Grow Pro Market Inc.Grow Pro Market provides the website, marketplace listings, and communication tools that connect independent buyers and sellers. We do not sell or take ownership of the produce listed by users, inspect or certify that produce, or arrange its payment, handling, transportation, or delivery. A marketplace subscription pays for access to our service; it is separate from any produce purchase.
Sellers are responsible for their listings, authority to sell, product safety, quality, availability, and compliance with applicable requirements. Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking each other’s information and agreeing directly on price, quantity, payment, delivery, and any produce-related returns, refunds, or disputes. Listing approval, a Blue Book link, or access to the marketplace is not a guarantee of a user’s identity, creditworthiness, conduct, or product quality.
Users are responsible for their own conduct and the content they provide. Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or abusive activity. Report suspected misuse through Contact. We may review reports and moderate marketplace access, but do not guarantee another user’s actions or that a transaction will be completed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Grow Pro Market is not responsible for losses caused by users’ independent conduct or their produce transactions. We remain responsible for our own service and obligations under applicable law, including our subscription, privacy, and security responsibilities. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
This notice also covers the mobile application. Enrollment records include your eligibility declarations, the Terms and Privacy versions you accepted and the subscription or company-invitation proof used to create your account. We receive information you submit, information produced by your use of the service, and authentication or payment status from the providers you use.
Approved listings’ product names, categories, and preview images are visible to visitors before signup. Additional listing information and business details shown on company profiles are shared with signed-in marketplace users. Company owners and administrators can see information needed to manage their team, such as membership and invitations. Messages are available to the participants in the conversation. Share only information you want the relevant recipients to receive.
Authorized marketplace administrators can search and review conversations, message content, listings, and reports for support, account administration, security, and marketplace moderation. Reports include the reporting account, selected reason, details, and review outcome; they are available to authorized marketplace administrators. Administrator access and moderation actions are recorded in security audit records. Recipients may keep their own copies of information you send them; deleting your account does not remove those copies.
These services receive information needed for their functions. Links to Blue Book, company websites, and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
We currently do not install optional usage analytics or advertising trackers. Choosing “Use necessary only,” leaving the notice unanswered, or using a browser that sends Global Privacy Control keeps optional tracking off. No analytics consent is implied by creating an account or continuing to browse.
If we add optional analytics, we will explain what it collects, its purpose and provider, and ask for a new choice before it starts. Your current choice does not authorize a future service.
Marketing messages require a separate opt-in; creating an account or asking for support is not that opt-in. Account, security, and requested service messages are separate from marketing.
Cookies, local storage and session storage support the features you use. They are separate from optional usage analytics.
gpm:privacy-choice local storage entry remembers “necessary only” for 180 days on this browser. It contains the notice version, your choice and its dates, not your name, email or account ID. An expired or changed notice asks for a new choice. If storage is blocked, the choice applies only to the current visit. The mobile application keeps sign-in credentials in platform secure storage. To recover interrupted changes, it can retain an encrypted, account-bound record in app-private storage, with its key in secure storage. That record can include your original form values, message text, image bytes and completed-step receipts. Signing out hides an unresolved record rather than erasing it; the same account must sign in and explicitly resume the change. Clearing the app’s data removes local recovery records but does not undo a server action. The website uses per-tab recovery records for supported account, enrollment and administrative actions; closing the tab can remove them.
Using the marketplace still requires us to process information you submit for features such as your account, company membership, listings, messages and checkout. Service requests and security checks also continue. “Necessary only” does not disable these features or erase account records. Administrator marketplace totals come from service records; they are not browser tracking.
Checkout opens Stripe’s hosted service, which has its own privacy and cookie information. Links to external websites also follow those websites’ notices.
Open “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. You can also clear this site’s storage through your browser; clearing sign-in storage may sign you out. Your choice applies to this browser, so other browsers or devices may ask again.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct or delete information, or appeal a privacy decision. Contact support to exercise these rights without discrimination. We use verification information only to check your identity or authority and handle the request.
You can update available account fields in Profile and, where your role permits, update company details. To request access to your information, use the contact form or email address below. Do not include passwords or payment details in your request.
Account settings also include account deletion. Deletion removes the account’s profile and associated owned marketplace records and uploads through a recovery process. Some steps may need to be retried if a service is unavailable. Messages and conversation records needed by remaining participants can remain without the deleted account’s attribution.
Limited billing, moderation, security, audit, and deletion-recovery records may remain for their separate purposes. Deletion does not instantly erase provider logs, backups, previously delivered emails, or recipients’ own copies. We do not promise a single deletion or retention period for all of these records. Contact us about information not covered by the account controls.
Contact Grow Pro Market or email admin@growpromarket.com. We aim to acknowledge requests within 24 hours. Resolving a request may take longer, and we may need to verify your account or authority before releasing or changing information.
We will update this notice when the website’s information handling changes. New optional tracking requires a separate choice before activation.
