Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, located in the United States and using Grow Pro Market for business. Provide accurate information and protect your own sign-in credentials. If you represent a company, you must have authority to do so. Independent sellers may use an individual account without joining a company. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our marketplace role

We provide listings and communication tools connecting independent buyers and sellers. We do not sell, take ownership of, inspect or certify the produce offered by users. Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, availability, price, quantity, condition, product safety and authority to sell. Buyers and sellers arrange produce payment, quality requirements, handling, delivery, returns, refunds and transaction disputes directly.

Membership fees pay for our service, separately from produce purchases. Listing review, company information and Blue Book links do not certify identity, credit, quality or performance. We remain responsible for our own service and applicable subscription, privacy and security obligations. These Terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived.

Content and acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful or misleading content, impersonate others, disclose private information without authority, harass people, send unsolicited marketing or attempt unauthorized access. You retain your content rights and must have permission to share what you upload. You permit Grow Pro Market Inc. to host, reproduce, display and deliver your content only as needed to provide, secure and maintain the service and meet applicable record obligations. This permission continues only while those purposes require it, including shared conversations and limited retained records described in the Privacy notice.

Use report and block controls or contact support about misuse or content that you believe violates your rights. Authorized reviewers may examine relevant listings, shared conversation material and audit records. We may restrict content or access to address misuse, safety or legal obligations. You can ask support to review a restriction. We explain the reason when doing so does not compromise security, another person’s privacy or a legal requirement.

Recurring membership and cancellation

The price and billing interval you select before checkout apply to your membership. Monthly memberships renew monthly and annual memberships renew annually until renewal is cancelled. An annual price is one annual charge, not monthly installments. Applicable tax, promotions, discount duration and trial conditions are shown before payment confirmation. No trial or discount is promised unless those conditions are presented.

Cancel renewal in account billing. Access continues through the paid monthly or annual period. Cancellation does not itself request a refund. If billing controls are unavailable, contact admin@growpromarket.com. Company access also depends on your current team role and the company’s access. Accepting an invitation does not itself purchase a separate subscription.

Subscription refunds

You may request a refund within 48 hours of your first-ever Grow Pro Market subscription purchase by emailing admin@growpromarket.com. Routine refunds are not offered after that window, for renewals or for later subscription purchases. This does not limit refunds required by applicable law or correction of confirmed billing errors. We use the time support receives your request to review that window. We explain any resulting access change before processing an approved refund unless a legal requirement prevents doing so. No refund settlement time is guaranteed. Produce refunds are arranged between the buyer and seller.

Support, privacy and changes

Contact admin@growpromarket.com for account, membership, privacy or content concerns. We aim to acknowledge requests within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays. Resolution may take longer and require verification of your account or authority. Account deletion and cancellation of renewal are distinct actions. The deletion review identifies company or billing obligations; limited records can remain for shared commerce, security, recovery or legal purposes as explained in the Privacy notice.

Marketing requires separate consent. Accepting these Terms, creating an account or requesting support is not marketing permission. We communicate material changes by account email or an in-service notice before applying them and request new consent where required. Applicable law governs rights and disputes; these Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.
